The new patches are out! I know, you waited for a long time. Now, even I didn't have the chance to sew one on yet. There is a large one with a bat skeleton, three sets of mini patches and two smaller ones. I'll tell you a bit more about my inspirations behind and how I created them in this blog post, but if you want you can head right to the shop to check them out yourself!

This week, I'm showing you an outfit that has more behind it than being a basic jeans and band shirt combination. I've owned the striped and flared pants for many years, but it was time to make some changes (and repairs). The long-sleeved shirt is new but needed some alterations as well. Sometimes it's in the small details to make things work. Can you guess what I did?

In case you don't follow my blog for some years, a summary of the white vest story first: I discovered a white vest in 2017 along with some UK bands after moving here. I collected patches from local bands and added them shortly after. A year later, I reconstructed the collar and started to add studs. I didn't wear it often because it's still a bit bright for my eyes.

Auch bei den Röcken habe ich wieder ausortiert und daher heute der dritte Teil meiner Flohmarkt-Reihe. Manche hab ich auf dem Blog schonmal vorgestellt, andere sind ziemlich alt und wieder andere sind nicht von mir selbst gemacht sondern gekauft. Als Discharge vor einigen Wochen bei uns im lokalen Pub spielten, habe ich mit eins der letzten Tourshirts geholt. Das gab's nur noch in Größe L, daher war mir schon klar, daß ich es auf jeden Fall umgestalten werde. Nachdem ich das Svalbard-Longsleeve in letzter Zeit extrem viel trage, wollte ich ein zweites Bandshirt mit ähnlichem Schnitt. Hier zeige ich euch wie ich die langen Ärmel ergänzt und gestaltet habe.

Nach den Pullis und Jacken kommt hier der zweite Teil des Flohmarkts, diesmal mit noch mehr Oberteilen. T-Shirts, Tops, Blusen, 3/4 und Langarm-Shirts sind dabei. Manches ist zu klein geworden, Rot trage ich kaum noch und 3/4 Ärmel sind irgendwie nicht so meins. Da der Auslandsversand ja leider immer etwas teurer ist, heute auch mal mit englischem Text. Das Manchester Punk Festival war dieses Jahr am langen Osterwochenende und sogar im Nordwesten England war es super sonnig und warm. Wir haben entsprechend viel Zeit im Park verbracht, uns aber trotzdem viele Bands angesehen. Was ich ja an Festivals auch besonders mag ist neue Bands zu entdecken, ob mit Empfehlung von Freunden oder dem Programmheft. Heute möchte ich euch zwei dieser Neuentdeckungen vorstellen und kann außerdem noch etwas frisch (um-)genähtes präsentieren.

Es ist wieder soweit: Ich möchte Sachen loswerden! Bevor ich nach England umgezogen bin, habe ich schon mal Klamotten aussortiert und verkauft. Mittlerweile hat sich wieder ein bißchen was angesammelt und dabei sind die meisten Sachen schon länger in einer der drei (!) Kisten. Heute fange ich mal mit den Jacken, Sweatjacken und Pullis an, von denen ich mich trennen will.
